DON'T ORDER ROOM SERVICE

My husband and I normally go there 2-3 times a year but we normally eat out at romantic places. This trip we ordered in and paid CASH for the meal. DO NOT pay cash for your meal. We ordered an appetizer, steaks, and dessert. The steaks were to be cooked medium rare. They were both well, well done. Ok, no big exactly. Moving on to dessert. It was to be a chocolate lava type cake. It was GROSS. It tasted lie flour, water and unsweetened cocoa powder. We called down and they sent up 2 free desserts but never asked if they could reimburse us for the meal. When I e-mailed the hotel to complain I was told the room was not charged the meal and I explained I paid CASH and Kritie or Kristen the front desk manager basically called me a liar. I WILL NEVER GO THERE AGAIN!

Excellent Hotel Near Airport

I have stayed here on two different occassions and was extremly satisfied. The rooms were very clean, modern, and spacious. The front desk was very helpful. I will be making more business trips to Daytona and intend to stay at this Hilton Garden Inn.

Worst Hilton Ever!

This is by far the worst Hilton Hotel I have ever stayed. The front desk is rude and service was very poor. I would not reccommend this hotel to anyone!

Graduation Weekend

Picked a place close to the airport. It is also right across the street from the Daytona racetrack. Nice place to stay. Great food in the restaurant. The only problem was a bunch of rowdy middle-aged female tennis players were there for a tournament and acted like they were still in college. LOUD and ROWDY. Other than that a nice place. I would definetly consider staying there again. Also has a really nice bar in the motel.

Great Hotel & Experience!

We had scheduled a short (3 night) vacation to Daytona Beach and had booked at another hotel. When we arrived, we were very disappointed so I had seen the Hilton down from our hotel and decided to call on the off chance they might have a room. They did! It was a beautiful room, ocean view, reasonable price (especially for booking so late!). Hotel was so accomodating that we even went ahead and checked out early from the other hotel and spent the 3 nights at the Hilton. Great Bellman and valet parking service! Hotel was right on the beach...No cars driving and parking on the beach! (what a blessing!)...beach had lifeguards and best of all, Chair and Umbrella Service which was wonderful! Two Pools...good workout room...ample food court available from 11:00 am on...breakfast buffet in restaurant could use some help with selection as well as main restaurant. We ate one night in the main dining room and were surprised at the limited menu but overheard that when concerts/symphonies are in town, they usually have a limited menu....otherwise food was excellent! Whenever we go back to Daytona we will definitely stay at this hotel!! Great Experience!

Absolutely Terrible

I am currently staying at the Hilton in Daytona Beach. The Pool is nasty! Scum all over the bottom and scum floating on the top! I have told the front desk of the issue and they are acting like it is not a big deal. If I pay for a high quality hotel, then I expect at least a decent stay!
