Hampton Inn & Suites St. Louis/Chesterfield, Chesterfield

We recently stayed at Hampton Inn and Suites in Chesterfield, Mo. The Experience was delightful. I wanted to say what a wonderful man that is managing that hotel. We had an early flight out of St. Louis that morning. We drove to the airport and parked our car at park and fly. While the shuttle bus was loading our luggage, I suddenly relized I had forgotten my carry on. It was my make up and my diamond jewelry. I was horrified. The shuttle loaded us up and droped us off at the terminal. I called Bobby (the hotel manager) to see if he could find my carry on for me. He called me back in just a few minutes with it in his hands. While we stood in line at the airport to get our luggage checked, Bobby drove to the airport and met my husband outside and gave him my diamonds and make up. Thank you so much Bobby for going way out of your way to help make my trip a lot less worrisome. We will definitly see you again.
