Poor Service

We booked our room (two double beds) two months in advance of our stay. When we arrived, they said that they did not have double bed rooms available (non-smoking). They tried to put us in two smoking rooms, which was unacceptable (we had a 2 and 4 year old). After getting very upset with management, they happened to find a room with a king size bed, which we took.
The had NO explanation on why they did not reserve our rooms. I had two other family members stay at the same hotel, and the same thing happened to them.
Poor service, no care. Do not recommend this hotel at all.
