Secluded Prime
By A Yahoo! Contributor, 10/25/07
Service was the best of any hotel I've been too, they go above and beyond. Clean place with lot of elegance and ambiance. Secluded, so if you are looking for peace and quiet at the resort level of a getaway this is the place. If you are looking for a lot of night life and go, go, go action this is probably not the place.

Very nice hotel...

Extraordinary service, delicious food, friendly bar and staff, beautiful view if you stay in one of the top floors (try to stay away from rooms overlooking the roof), comfortable and clean rooms.

Wonderful Vacation Spot
By A Yahoo! Contributor, 08/15/06
What a truly wonderful vacation spot! My husband and I spent 6 days at this beautiful resort. Front desk service was excellent. Housekeeping did a great job. Beautiful clean rooms with an awesome view. The entire staff was extremely friendly and courteous. Landscaping was beautiful. This is the place to stay if you want the feel of being on a secluded island! We can't wait to go back!

First to Fiftieth Honeymoon

Fantastic water views & balconies. Quiet, respectful, courteous staff. 3 pools are awesome. Tiki bar is great for drinks &/or food. All restaurants on grounds are fantastic. Grounds are beautiful. Spa is so relaxing. Tour of Estero Bay is fun and educational. Been there three times. Everything so clean. Great to have a free parking garage.

Great family hotel
By A Yahoo! Contributor, 05/16/05
My family and I stayed over Presidents Wknd. The hotel staff was very friendly, the kids pool with the water slide was great. My daughter didn't want to leave! The boat trip to the beach was fun and we would go back again. The food choices in the restaurants was good, though pricey, so we ate outside the hotel most evenings. Rooms were very spacious. Something for everyone.

Beautiful hotel
By A Yahoo! Contributor, 05/16/05
The PROS; Family freindly, beautiful hotel w/ large, clean rooms and baths, terrific pools and poolside restaurant, and access to neighboring timeshare resort for additional pooltime. The lazy river at the timeshare is just heavenly. Many restaurants close by on very busy highway. The hotel restaurant pricey but good. Helped to have the $50/day credit for this. The access to the beach by water shuttle is a fun ride through the bay but dissapointing when you actually see the beach. CONS; Cruise ship mentality by being shuffled onto a small beach with limited activities. Front desk has probably the rudest service desk staff I have ever encountered. Not friendly or helpful in any way. Also because the resort is on the inward side of the bay it takes about 45 min. by car to reach the outlying coast areas. Not a beach hotel. and not much to do after dinner since the pools are closed and hotel somewhat isolated. Overall a very nice trip but would try out another resort next time since we really missed the beach.

not impressed
By A Yahoo! Contributor, 03/23/05
Cannot compare service wise to the other upper level resorts in the area. Rooms are small and if you get one above the valet area,(not water view) noisey.
