Wyndham Chelsea Hotel, Chelsea

Made a reservation for park, sleep, fly because we were headed off to our honeymoon the next morning for a 540am flight on a monday morning. Driving to the hotel decided to check the reviews, I was very scared to stay over, let alone leave my car there but when we arrived everything exceeded our expectations! The hotel is not in a "shady area" first of all...(you drive through some of Chealsea but not all of Boston is rich looking!!) and we walked in and it was very nice. Had a reservation for a regular queen room but told them we were newlyweds married the day before and the manager bumped us to a suite!! The room was one of the nicest rooms Ive ever been in! We were hungry and went to the hotel resteraunt because we were going to bed early and the food was fantastic. I got the cobb salad and it was HUGE and in one of those fluffy shells, I was so full. My husband got the steak tips and was surprised at how much there was. Wonderful food and the waitress was great! We enjoyed our stay so much, and my car was absolutely fine after a week. No problems with the shuttles either. At the airport in 15 minutes and even though we arrived back in Boston at midnight when the shuttles are supposed to stop, the driver on that night was still around to pick us and 4 other people up. Highly recommended, do not beleive all the negative comments about this place. Great place to park, sleep and fly or just stay for the night!

In July I traveled with my family for a 11 day trip to the midwest. We flew out of Boston because the fare was more affordable and traveled by car for 7 hours to reach Boston. We did a park sleep and fly with the Wyndham Boston Chelsea. After a terrible day of mechanical failures with the airline we finally arrived at the hotel to retrieve our vehicle around 1:00 am. To discover that our drivers side window had been completely smashed out of our car and it was ransacked. When my husband spoke with the hotel manager, the managers response was "I'm very sorry there is nothing we can do for you, this sort of thing happens here all of the time." If this sort of thing happens around there all of the time I would think that someone should be concerned about it. So the hotel manager sent us away at 1:30 A.M. with two children under the age of 7 and a broken window for our 7 hour trip home. The least the hotel could have done in my opinion was put us up so we could have dealt with the car in the morning. I will NEVER stay at another Wyndham hotel again.

Airline sent me here when my flight was canceled. Not a great location but shuttle from airport makes it okay. Bartender made me a club sandwich at midnight after the kitchen closed, waiter gave me free coffee the next day. Great diner down the street, very 'Boston.' Lots of airline crews staying here. Highly recommended if you get stuck at Logan. Free and fast wi-fi throughout the hotel. Quiet. Nice cleaning staff.

The room was spotless it was seconds from the bridge into Boston and seconds from the highway to the mall. The directions the staff gave were great. Not a good location but the resturant next door Floramo's WAS INCREDIBLE the food was fantastic there. Right up the street was also a chinese food restaurant that was also very good and priced great. I would definitely go back to this hotel.

everything was great!!!!!!!!!!!! rooms were very clean and staff were frienly as well.i recommend people staying here.is very near from the airport and nearby cities.

Nice hotel -- tough neighborhood. Hotel is new(ish), clean, good staff, free ride to/from the hotel in the shuttle van, but ride a cab, or do your business inside the hotel once you arrive.

I went with a class group and found the hotel quite satisyfying. The food wasn't all that great and we had a few problems when trying to enter the room with out cards. But overall it was a pleasent stay. And it is conveniently located approx. 15 mins away from the airport.
