Stay Away!!!

I just stayed at the Inn with my wife and kids and her side of the family(10 people/3 rooms) sister-in law used the bathroom when we first got there, the toilet over flowed, she went to the desk to get some help and the front desk girl just looked at her like "what do you want me to do"? Brother-inlaw used the connecting door between the 2 rooms so their bags wouldnt get wet and the door knob fell off when he tried the door! After alot of bantering they got another room on the 3 floor. There was a soap wrapper from the night before guest left on the shelf in the shower in our room! When we pulled the sheets back their was hair in the bed! I could smell perfume from the night before guests on my pillow and the glitter/makeup from their night out on the town all over my pillow. I asked for new sheets and pillow cases but could only have new sheets, I was told the other pillows where in cabnet under the TV, they looked very soiled and well used, need less to say both my wife and I slept with our clothes on and had to explaine to our girls Why they where sleeping on Mom and Dads winter coats! They charge little extras for everything, first bag of coffee was free, after that it was a $1 a bag, the bottled water said our complements but if you looked closer it was $1.50.
It was very cold the three days we where there so I wanted to plug my SUV in but of course there wasnt enough pluggins(not even close) so I paid yet more money ($5.00) to park underground out of the cold
when I went under the parkade I saw it also doubles as a storage place for old beds, bed frames, TV cabnets etc, I am sure if they cleaned up the parkade they could of got another 5 or so cars inside for the night. The only saving grace this "INN" has going for it is because it is across the street from the WestEdmonton Mall! as a bussiness onwer I can tell very little/no money goes back into the bussiness and all profit goes to the owner/owners. I strongly believe you get what you pay for, we didn't get any where's close to what we paid for. I work hard for my money so when our family makes this trip again we'll stay in the mall or down the street and one of the bigger hotel chains and drive to the mall everyday.
