Comfort Suites Concord, Concord

Everything was great about our experience with this hotel. The location was prime. Breakfast for a full hot breakfast...biscuit and gravy, waffles, bagels, cereals, OJ, apple juice, grits, fresh fruit, and a few other things. Close to Concord Mills Mall, restaurants, and the race tracks.

book a room here for july 31/2009 told 3 of your friends to call so we would all be staying at the same place - we all got different rates from $79 per night to $139 per night we asked why the rates were different was told we would have to be in the motel business to understand - told to go somewhere esle if we were not happy the lady manager that was on duty at the time would not work with us at all - hard to understand and she was a real ---- i want say what i would like just call a piece of work

On 3/31/09 I went to the Comfort Suite to book a room for friends of mine & their 3 small children but they lived within 50 miles of the hotel they could not stay there. Now that is the stupidest thing I have ever heard. I really think that it was because I had a coupon for $59.99 plus tax & they just didn’t want to honor the coupon. I was trying to help them out she had lost her job & he owns his business which isn’t doing well their power was turned off that morning & they have been evicted from their home so I was trying to get them somewhere to sleep for the night with power & heat but do to the stupid regulation that if you live within 50 miles you can’t they had to stay in a dark house with NO Power & NO Heat. Now there could be several reasons that someone that lives within 50 miles might NEED or WANT to stay at a Hotel. I could not believe that they couldn’t stay there just because they lived within 50 miles. I really think this is the most ridiculous thing I have ever heard in my life.

Enjoyed the spacious room & hotel amenities. I like the smoke free environment. Very clean. Excellent hot breakfast. Did not like the location of the unit due to excessive highway noise. Too many award points required for weekdays. K. Mitchell

This was a nice suite it was clean,fresh and a great location surrounded by everything you want. The 2nd best part about our trip to Concord was the beds. The bed and pillows were so soft I wish I could have taken one of the pillows home. This was a nice place. Indoor pool, Fitness room, 5 floors just great.

It was very concienent to my work and the accomondations was far above what i had expected. Clean rooms goood service what more could you want in an hotrl.

Lots of restaurants around. Applebees, Chilis, Bob Evans, Sonic, Cook Out, Olive Garden, too many to name. There are gas stations in the area that have small groceries. This is the only place to buy groceries since there isn't a grocery around. Concord Mills mall is just on the other side of the interstate and is a great place to go with a NASCAR Speedpark also. When we arrived, our room was ready (about 30 minutes before check in) and they let us check in. Room was nice with a separate sitting area from the beds with a fridge, small stove, microwave and sink. A TV is in both the sitting room and bedroom. Clean and housekeeping always had our room clean in a short amount of time without waking you at 8:00 am. The pull out couch in the sitting room was not in good shape. Mattress was broken and I pulled it out just to sit on since the couch was uncomfortable. Was not cleaned inside couch either. Not great, but not awful either. The indoor pool was shut down as they were having some water troubles. However, the hotel made arrangements for us to go to the Holiday Inn express outdoor pool next door. A sign on the front desk told you to ask about alternate arrangements. This was very well appreciated. Breakfast was great. Waffle makers, cereal, muffins, bagels, juice and hot eggs, sausage, biscuits. Lowes Motor Speedway is just 2 minutes down the road. We would go back again although may want an outdoor pool just to be outside a bit more.

This place was the best!! Customer Service was really nice, the rooms are spacious and very clean. Everytime we come to Charlotte this is our place home.

It took us awhile to check in and then the key card didn't work. The hotel room was nice. It had everything; fridge, micro, stove top. There were two tvs but only one remote. I would stay there again. It was close to Concord Mills.

it was a very comfortable place to stay. the only bad thing was there was alot of noise last time we stayed and we called front desk but noise didnt quit
