Hyatt Regency Philadelphia at Penns Landing, Philadelphia

Customer service was outstanding!! Room service outstanding!! Even Saved $45 on this hotel by using SweetHotelDeals. Net Just a overall great experience coming here!!

The only thing i would suggest to you guys is making sure you book it online at SweetHotelDeals. N e t I did a bunch of searching for hotel prices, and that site seems to have the lowest prices all around

We had a mouse in our room and they offered us free WiFi and breakfast. I could not believe it. Terrible service. We left.

Very difficult to deal with.Do not trust their billing. Random bills and money taken in and out of debit accounts. Managers never available to speak with and no real estimate. Just typed on their stationary, with their own estimate. My 22 year old daughter sat on a 60x30 granite table( 125 lbs) and it broke..in the foyer. They billed her what they wanted! The room was charged other fees wrongly. We are now filing at small claims and BBB for all the stress they have put my child through, taking money ($500.00) in and out. of her account . My daughter asked for a written estimate(NEVER GOT ONE) only something typed on their own stationary. We have tried to work with them to no avail. She hurt her elbow and got bruises..They are fortunate a child didn't try to pull up on it. Not a friendly Hotel at all.

It was outstanding - everything from the location right on Penn's Landing and close to all the historic sites, to the friendliness of all the staff members, to the beautiful decor, terrific room and view, overall cleanliness, to the excellent breakfast buffet in the dining room. We will definitely come back next year (we go to Baltimore to see the NY Yankees play) and extended our vacation to stay here in Philadelphia. We chose the Aquariam package and it was so worth it. We love the Hyatt at Penn's Landing and recommend it highly.

The Hyatt at Penn's landing was a wonderful family weekend getaway. The room was beautiful, linens excellent, the pool and views terrific, and the service was excellent, particularly wonderful Caroline in the restaurant. Costs were very reasonable and the staff was incredibly kind to our 10-year old birthday boy. It's a great location for touring, easy access to the sports arena's and airport as well. We will go back.

Stayed there at a discounted rate. The property is beautiful. The desk personnel was average, I was a late check in at 11:00 PM and they were training. They were unable to provide me with the King Bed I reserved and offered 2 doubles as the only alternative. Not the best birthday weekend for my girl. The restaurant on site was nice (didn't have the food) but the staff was friendly and gave us good recommendations in Old City where to eat. The room itself had a spectacular view but rusty vents in the bathroom and dated furniture and a tv older than I am. I spend hardly any time in the room so the view and location were the trade-off for the rate I paid. I would probably choose to stay elsewhere next time. On the plus side - decent gym and nice pool.

I have a very good time at the Hyatt, the employees were helpful and friendly. The menu at restaurant was price but excellent. I will stay again at this location, the rooms were spacious, and comfortable.

Well we have been there before but that was our better time. This time we got into our room...it was very nice but, it stunk! Although..they were very nice and let us switch into another room. We looked at many and all of them stunk. Finally we found a nice room though. Very good service...but cleanliness....not so much. Love the view and value.

The views of the city & the harbor were beautiful! The room was smallish, but very romantic & cozy! The bed was very comfortable & had nice touches like a fluffy, real down comforter. The bathroom was HUGE, very CLEAN, NICE shower.... and featured a BIG window, overlooking the city -- LOVED all of the BIG windows in our room (a total of 4, but we had a corner room). Close to "First Friday" (less than a mile away)& some bars, restaurants close by. The downside? Had to Pay $46 (!!) for 2 nights in the parking garage. Cab fare is cheap ($5 - 8) if you stay in the area... : ) Would DEFINITELY recommend & would stay there again! Oh! The Keatings Bar & Grill is ROMANTIC, but pricey, but worth it! : )
