Hyatt Regency Philadelphia at Penns Landing, Philadelphia

WHAT I LIKE ABOUT THE HOTEL WAS THE SERVICE AND THE ENVIRONMENT WAS WONDERFUL. ALSO, IF UR ROOM IS LOCATED OVER THE WATER U GET A WONDERFUL VIEW. WHAT I DISLIKE IS THE AMOUNT U HAVE TO PAY FOR PARKING.

rooms are big, warm, easy to get around in them, people are nice thier,prices nice,rooms are clean, the bed in nice, the bathroom is big.

Great location to Hospital. Great to visti local historial district. Out standing meals. Only 2 hour drive from residence. Great for subway and rail use and for short trip to Atlantic city.

Pricy is the downside but over all is superb, specail the room is so clean and the view is perfect. We need to save moeny for another stay in next years.

I went to Philadelphia for the first time and managed to get a discounted rate at the Penn's Landing Hyatt Regency. This hotel is within walking distance or a short taxi ride to the "most historic square miles in the U.S." I was able to walk a short distance to find restaurants and shopping. The room was very clean, tastefully decorated and had a fantastic view. Doubt there's a bad view from any of the windows. The staff was very polite and went out of their way to help me. The concierge was particularly friendly and helped me out with whatever I needed. They were quite glad to do so. Security was great. They have already implemented security measures so only guests and escorted guests could get onto the hotel room floors. My only complaint is the pool is made for young children. I like to swim laps and wasn't able to go the entire length due to the shallowness of the pool. The "deep" end is about 3'. The rooms are pricy, also. I received an excellent deal, but would have difficulty paying $229-300 per nt.

The service and the freindliness of the staff. It is close to all the night life and there are lots of places to eat.

I loved the hotel and cant wait to go back.Its very clean,quiet,and comfortable.The people that work there are very nice and they make sure your ok.If you dont know the area jus ask someonethere they will help you.The area is good and accesible to get to and from.Like i said cant wait to go bak

I luv the location, near the water, very peaceful, you can watch the boats and the excitement on the waterfont during the summer.

I liked the elegance of the hotel, it was beautiful. The people were very nice and the service was excellent. The rooms were cozy and comfortable and the view at Pennslanding on the waterfront was amazing.
