Bad employees, lousy service!

I was offered a weekly rate by an employee, but then was charged an extra 70 for my stay. The owner of the property told the employee that if she did not tell us we were to be charged the extra 70 in dog fees that she had already included in the price then she would have to pay it. Of course she didn't stand up for the customer, she saved herself and her job. Shameful employee behavior, cold pool, crummy breakfast, unhinged toilet seat, and mold in the sink drain. I will never go to this place again. Is there less than 1 star?
