Sheraton Overland Park Hotel at the Convention Center, Overland Park

the hotel was great. the room was great. the food was great, the pool was great. the service was great. i would stay here again.

My husband and I stayed here for his company party. The hotel was very nice and clean. Service was very good. The front desk service was great also. The rooms were very clean and very nice. I felt that regular drinks like tea, coke , and bottled water were very expensive. We left the hotel to buy and bring back drinks.

Don't use your room phone!!! 1 call to my cell for less than 2 mins. from daughter who didn't know any better - cost me $17.19!!!!!! She called twice!!! AUGH. During checkout, I asked the desk employee if that charge was correct...yes she said. How can it cost that much? "It's our long distance carrier." No budging on those charges... The water heater pipe broke and flooded all four elevators - they couldn't be used for two of the three days I was there & the fire alarms went off for HOURS!!!! The break occurred during a busy weekend there - corporate meetings, wedding recp. and HUGE 3-day dance competition! Overnight guests waited up to 15 mins. (each way) for the service elevators...when asked if they would make adjustments to customer's bills for the inconvience (we, for instance, were on the 20th floor, the top floor of course) the answer was "No!" For $104/night & to keep guests coming back, you would have thought they would be more sympathetic to the inconvience!!!!!

I stay here all the time. Don't ask me why I happened to look up in the shower and see that the intake air vent was absolutely filthy. It's the little things that can ruin a stay . . .

Service was not great. The room was not that clean. In fact the order minu was used and placed on our bed. The stool would not flush unless you held down the handle. Overall it was just not that comfortable.

The hotel staff was amazing first class all the way. The room was very clean and well kept.

I travel for a living and stay at alot of hotels - from the high end to the middle of the road rated hotels that have turned out awful. This was for pleasure and the reason we picked it was because of traveling with our dog. The hotel staff was pleasant and helpful, the room was first rate and the price was great. We'd stay there again!!

Had a poor first perception, as the front desk person was less than friendly, but after that everything was fine. Room was fairly large and very clean. We were by the elevator, but rooms were sound-proof enough not to hear it ding! Definately would stay here again.

The bed is great, the front desk staff are very pleasant and responsive. Parking options are very good too.

It was a great place to relax. We had excellent sevice. Plus we were only a few miles away from good dining and great shopping. What more could a girl ask for?
