Quality Inn Pleasantville, Pleasantville

I like the cleanliness of the hotel as well as my room. The room was very spacious. The location was right on point. 15 minutes from Atlantic City and 45 minuites from Cape May. I couldn't believe we were right in the heart of everything. Looking forward to staying there again..........

The kids and I stayed in the room with the king size bed. We all fit with room to spare. The kids loved the jacuzzi, kind of loud, but they had fun. The pool wasn't bad, but it wasn't heated like it said and it was behind the building and very very breezy, so if you were out of the water, it was cold. Stores and malls near by too. We drove to Ventor beach which was about 10 minutes away. Also went to Storybook Land which was only about 5 minutes away on the same road. Had a great time there. We had a free continental breakfast every morning. I would definately stay there again.

We were forced to keep a room with A/C that didn't work. We were lied to and told that the A/C would be fixed in 1/2 hour. When no one showed up, we phoned back and again the same story.I asked to speak to the manager and was told he was not there until morning. We asked to be switched to another room and we were told that there weren't any. When we phoned from an outside line, we were told there was one room available. When we tried to get it, the manager, who was suddenly available, was rude and outright nasty. We were told that if we didn't like it, we could leave. There were no rooms available. It was Memorial Day weekend. We had requested a no-smoking room. What was the ashtray in the room for???? When we tried to use the safe, it was not functional. I suggest everyone boycott this place!!!!

My husband and I have stayed at this hotel every summer for the last 3 years and our experience has always been great. The absolute most important thing to us is cleanliness, and every room we have stayed in has been spotless...The entire hotel looks brand new. The bathrooms shine, and the hot tubs are emaculant. you can get a virtual tour if you go to choicehotels.com and what you see is what you get. If you get a king room the hot tub is right in the main room, but not too close to the bed as the rooms are very big. The double queen rooms have a whirlpool but its in the bathroom. The fireplace in the king rooms is faux and there is a fridge, microwave and vcr in the room. It is about a 10 min drive to the boardwalk, but if you like quiet this is definatly the place...never heard a peep here. As far as management, they have always been very nice and housekeeping is there everyday. I would definatly recommend this hotel to anyone who thinks extreme clean and quiet counts. We a
