Snowy Range Inn, Laramie

No remote for the TV. counter top by sink was coming off. Molding around tube was coming off. Shower surround was coming off. Air conditioning didnt work. pool was closed resturant was closed. Office didnt open until 7:00 a.m. I left at 6:30 a.m. no one to check me out. outside of motel was falling apart. Room was cleaned first day not the second day. note on table asked to help conserve because Wyoming was in a drought flood advisories on radio and tv. every day I was there I have never been to a motel were the office wasnt open 24 hrs a day. I will never stay at this motel again. I would be ashamed if this was my motel. I dont know what the maintenance man gets paid but it is to much whatever it is. This motel has been let go so long it would almost be cheaper yo level it and start over. how can you charge people that much to stay there and not feel guilty?

The room was not cleaned before they checked us in. Mat in shower that lifts up when water gets under and entire underneath is solid mold. bed was not made, blankets in a bunch on bed. coffee pot had coffee and mold in. employees relatives are maids. they quoted us a price of $150 a week, and then the 3pm lady raised the price. the male maid was sleeping in lobby on sofa when we checked in. i went in to complain room was filthy and had to wait as someone else was complaining as well. if owner emails me at rochecaliente@yahoo.com I will run motel affordably and sooo much more professionally, and i have experience. I can run with two people and do a much better job than what they have now. also, employees were eating in the lobby from the breakfast while trying to wake up guy maid guy sleeping on couch. the evening lady at front desk talks bad about the morning lady but was laughing at the complaints about the dirty rooms.

Bathroom was dirty, bed was hard, the place was filthy. Desk clerk was very unhelpful after I had to wait 30 mins for him to get back to the office when the sign said he would be back in 10. Steps were falling apart. I will never stay there again and would not tell anyone else to stay there. The only plus was it was close to WyoTech,

This hotel we have stayed at for 4 times and they have accomidated us with excellent service and has friendly service persons. I would like to say is there breakfast, lunch's and dinners at the diner is great and free breakfast and not expensive. We will be back again.
