Booked rooms for May 2008 wedding. Gave ample notification of need to cancel rooms. Reconfirmed cancellation of rooms one week pior to wedding. Two days before wedding was notified by hotel of their intent to charge us for rooms. Thus I agreed to go ahead and use rooms that we were being charged for but was informed they had no rooms, they were rented to other guests and there were no rooms available for the weekend. This is a classic example of double dipping on room charges. This hotel's customer service was the worst experence I have ever dealt with. I highly recommend to avoid them.

We had reservations for 5 nights here and ended up staying only 3 of the nights. The toilet kept backing up, the vending machine kept eating our change and the dryer did not dry our clothing. On top of it, the same little russian girl was basically the only person we saw on our whole trip there. I dont know if she is the only employee they have or what? On the 3rd night the light in the bathroom went out and they wanted us to change rooms because they couldnt fix the problem. We just decided to cut our trip short and head home. This place needs more help then what they have and should have been more accomidating to our needs. There were very few people that were staying on each night we were there and now I see why.

I requested non-smoking room but was given smoking room. Staff quickly made change to non-smoking room. Breakfast below average - ice cold egg "patties". Room thermostat was turned off so it was very uncomfortable sleeping on the first night until I figured out how to open the panel on the thermostat and flip the switch to "on" (cold).
