Holiday Inn Express Suites Cedar Park, Cedar Park

Holiday Inns are a good value. Just don't leave any valuables in your room. In fact, I recommend refusing maid service entirely. I had a new box of shoes 'disappear' at this location. Really left a bad impression on an otherwise great stay.

Went here for one night I am from CT ... 1st of all I had requested a certain room and was told via email that it was all set until I arrived , so had to take a room that was not soo great... it is nice concept but it does feel like a motel not a hotel or for that matter a resort... this is basically an upscale of a motel. The service was ok nothing to write home about...but I did want to put a review up... as I see alot of them on here that arent too great and I can agree with some of them they have their ups and down, I think they should really try to modernize this space its a great set up but feels too much of a low class type of motel which tries to advertise luxury which they are not... but it is a good place to try out... since Mystic Pizza is right across the street... Just dnt do any honeymoons or romantic getawys .. SOO Not the place for it

I also stay at this hotel quite often, about once or twice a month for 2 years now. While I am sure the bedbug incident would have been difficult, I can say that I have never experienced any problems at this hotel. I read an article in Newsweek that talked about a rise in bedbugs even at 5-star hotels so I guess "stuff happens". In any case the hotel is great, staff, rooms, cleanliness. I would hate for one persons experience to keep anyone from staying at a really nice place.

I want to say that this Hotel has a great enviroment and it's so clean,the cleanest hotel I've seen in a long time. Reading these yahoo reviews I noticed that there was an issue with bed bugs. I don't or couldn't imagine that it was that big of a deal. I stay there alot on business for ETS. Almost every week and I have stayed in probably every room in the hotel if not once, twice ,or more. My visits have always been great. Front desk staff wonderful and willing to do anything. I just think that the comment or complaint was a little exstream and that I'm sure that they took every measure to fix the problem. Like I said my stays are wonderful and I disagree, but everyone has the right of their own opinion.

I have been staying with Holiday Inns all over for business and leisure and this Holiday Inn Express has been the most wonderful stay. I have been staying with them since they opened. I have always recieve great costumer service. Everyone there is friendly,respectful, and always responded well to my needs. Never once have I had a problem. I will definitly stay there again and I highly recommend this Hotel to anyone.
