One of the worst buffets I ever experienced.

The buffet at the Four Aces Casino touts that they have all you can eat crab legs on Friday and Saturday nights. I ate there with two friends of mine and it was without a doubt the worst buffet we ever tried. Not only did the casino dole out one set of crab claws at a time...but the crab itself was tasteless, overcooked and puny in size. My two companions were so put off by the experience that I felt their ire while sitting at the table, which made my meal unpleasant in more ways than the crab legs being awful. The other food was moderate in flavor, too. The prime rib was way too done and I felt like I was gnawing at the meat like an animal. I did enjoy the crawfish but couldn't get my fill because the two people I was with ended up quitting their meal early because they were so disappointed in the quality. I would not recommend their buffet at all. I should also mention that the slots are so tight that we only hit one cherry for 10 credits after putting in $60. Not very fun to lose money so quickly without some kind of play action. I didn't see many people playing very long at any of the machines. I'm glad I visited Deadwood. Beautiful country, interesting history...but if you want to gamble or get good food-casino style, go to Vegas, Tunica (Hollywood Casino) or St. Louis.
