Hilton Sao Paulo Morumbi, Sao Paulo

I enjoyed my visit to this hotel. It was clean, rooms were nice and comfortable. I felt also safe in the area. The only bad thing about this place was the price for extras - higher priced then similar hotels.

Awesome staff - top on the line fitness center. Only downside is that this hotel is too far from nightlife, shopping, and most restaruants. I would highly recommend this hotel.

The Cleanliness was poor, much lower than we can expect from Hilton. The Service was 5, not, 6 stars! The staff was really helpful and frindly. The location is one of the best site of the city.

I gotta say this hotel really was great! P.S. if you use SweetHotelDeals. Net for booking this hotel they usually have some pretty good hotel deals at this time of the year!

people were so nice welcoming and polite .everything was all right.rooms were always tidied and lovers were never afraid of being disturbed?we always met lot of well know artists and sportsmen.very hip place

Meets your basic expectations, rooms are nice, has a decent lobby area and a nice bar on the second floor. Very large convention & meeting rooms; more focused on business than pleasure. A great thing is the shopping center that you can access through the basement without stepping outside, lots a shops, bar & restaurants.

Staff makes many errors & omissions like Consierge forgetting to book hotel transportation for out of town business meeting. Or suplying a hotel taxi (limo/car) with driver that speaks no English. Prices are high, but disproportionately for what you get. Rooms are small, I've been in many over 5 or 6 separate visits. internet is plug only and quite pricey, even for low bandwidth opitions. Pool is tiny. Restaurant prices are also very high in comparison with value received. Restaurant choices in the Hotel are few, but shopping level in underground shopping center somewhat compensates.

I enjoyed the upgrade to a suite since i used my fathers diamond club membership points. The staff were exceptionally friendly but above all helpfull. The car park staff were less friendly but relatively efficient. The rooms extremely comfortable and clean but the reception staff were truly magnificent.

Very good hotel; staff exceptionally friendly, helpful, efficient...and caring! Everyone speaks English including maids. Good size bedroom, very nice spa/sport with amazing views, very good restaurant. Why I dont put all stars: internet connection is Extra and very expensive (+BRR50/day), and it's not wireless...now come on...for a 5 star hotel this is unexpected and quite deceptive.

Nice views over river and Morumbi area if room to this direction. Very helpful staff. Breakfast may be better to have in shopping center in same complex, better value, that to pay 45R$ for buffet.
