Great location and really helpful staff, Hot tub wasn't hot enough but who cares when the rooms are nice and the service is great!

Traveled here with my parents and 11 year old daughter. Could not have been happier with the hotel and the location. The staff was always friendly and helpful. The room was clean and roomy. My daughter was most impressed with how eco friendly the hotel was! Thanks for a great vacation and I will recommend to all my friends. We will be back!

Me and my wife had a great time at the city, but the most convinient hotel location was this place,price excelent,service great,people and managment was fantastic,we made the reservations in another hotel,we saw the place, did't like it at all,we drove arround town, saw the holiday inn after checked several places ,and we staded here,the first nigth. I put my name on the waiting list for the next day, because the place was sold out for second nigth, and they got us the same room for two more nigths, for the lows price vs the other hotels in the area. Two minutes away from all the nice places for visiting, we realy recomend this hotel for couples or for families,the room was place extra clean every day. Qualification: A1+. We visited St Augustine for our 1 year anniversary. The hotel was not as close as we expected but still within walking distance from downtown. The staff was very friendly and made our stay even more enjoyable. The room was VERY clean and roomy. I would definitely return here.

This hotel is Great, from the front desk service checking in, you can tell they are well imformed about the Historic area. The room was very nice and clean, it had a refrig and a mirco which came in very handy for little snack though-out the day. The restaurant employee's are out of this world and the food was great.They new alot about the downtown area and even suggested a theather that is large and had some free movie nights, and it was outdoors, it made for a great outdoor experience with the family. I would recommend this hotel to anyone and will be coming back as well.

This hotel is average. Yes, the staff were friendly. The buffet breakfast ($7.99) is mediocre. Many irritating things that dragged the place down from a perfect stay to an OK stay. Not spotlessly clean. Failed my 73yr old mother's white glove inspection! Rooms were dusty....TV stand, lamp shades etc. TV remote was taped together and missing it's batteries. Toaster in breakfast room only toasted half the bread. The receptionist (Seth) handed out discount cards when we checked in for the A1A restaurant. Food and service there was awful. Can't blame that on this Holiday Inn, but just wanted to add that if anyone else was tempted to eat there. My biggest gripe with this hotel is that it simply is not in the Historic District as it states it is. Their website states "Just minutes from the Castillo de San Marco, Flagler College and the Cathedral Bascillica". Castillo de San Marco is 1.0 miles, Flagler College is 1.2 miles, and Cathedral Bascillica is 1.3 miles from the Holiday Inn. The impression given is that these are easily walkable from the hotel. This may be so for a healthy individual, but for an infirm 73yr old it simply is not so.

The desk staff was so friendly!! They were very accomodating. The location is excellent. I would recommend this spot for anyone who wants to enjoy St. Augustine.

The staff was friendly and the room was very clean. I would have enjoyed it more if it was closer to the historic district. The rates were very reasonable.

This is a very nice hotel -- clean, great service, comfortable rooms. It doesn't have a great view of anything, but it is close to the historic part of St. Augustine. Would definitely reccommend it to others!

From check in to check out our stay was great! The staff was friendly and helpful and their assistant manager went our of their way to make us comfortable since our suite had a few minor issues with the AC. She offered other rooms and even gave us tickets for a complimentary breakfast. It was my husband and I's first trip to St Augustine and we plan on going back to this Hotel. Quiet, Clean, and close to everything...
