not going again

when we arrived there, no one was at the customer service desk. when she did arrive she gave us the key to our room which looked HORRIBLE to say the least. It looked as if the last guests had left no less than an hr before we arrived. the bed was unmade and looked like it had just been jumped out of. there were dirty dishes in the sink, and the room was just filthy. so we had to get another room and that room was ok...but in the end, the hotel charged us twice for the one night and we had to resolve that later.
