the hotel was great. the room was great. the food was great. the pool was great. the service was great. i would stay here again.

We absolutely loved this hotel. We got a great deal being members of "TripRewards". We were thrilled with the whirlpool, fitness center, and location of this hotel. It was very open and welcoming and CLEAN! The bed was by far the most comfy I've been in - down-feather everything! There were great brochures in the room for food and tourist spots. It was close to downtown Chicago, only a 20 min drive. The free breakfast was excellent - waffles, eggs, sausage, cereal, toast, muffins, bagels, etc. I also loved the ease of connecting to their WiFi service on my laptop. The only cons: The walls in our room (more particularly, the bathroom) were kinda thin. I'm not a big fan of hearing other people's conversations through the walls. Also - tere is no pool, kind of a bummer. Lastly, one of the front desk guys we dealt with was the most ADHD, fast-talking individual I'd ever seen. VERY nice guy, but good luck having a conversation with him, without going "I'm sorry, wha???" Overall - we give this place an A+!

I must say, you can't judge a book by it's cover. The staff was great and greated my son with a Spongebob doll. On top of that, they told us if we needed ANYTHING to ask, sure enough, they provided. I ordered calimari from the room service menu and I can not find a sauce that even compares to the one they served. . .it was excellent. It's easy to get to, close to the mall and highways, yet very quiet and clean. Ample parking too. Will be returning, that's for sure.

I made reservations online and the Yahoo site says this hotel has a swimming pool - this is one of the 2 main reasons I chose it. It does NOT have a pool. VERY disappointing not to mention false advertising.

The rooms are very nice and the property is going through a renovation which has brought the property from a great place to a fancy trendy hotel. I will definately be back again.

Best choice to stay. From the second of checking in to checking out. Our experience here was like checking into the 5 star hotel resort. Rooms are very clean and oversized and the hot breakfast buffet was very enjoyable. I would definately stay here again.

My experience at this hotel has never been before at any other hotel. This hotel serviced and catered to me in every way possible as well to other guest. I would definately stay here again on my next trip to Schaumburg.

Very nice place to stay. The service was impeccable! We had never been to Chicago, so we relied on the front desk for information on where to go and how to get there. They provided us with everything we needed, including printing off directions from Mapquest, bus schedules, etc. Complimentary breakfast has a nice selection, and they re-filled items that were gone when we asked. The only bad thing is we were able to hear our upstairs neighbors walking around their room.

The staff is great. Very attentive to your needs. This is the best Hotel I have ever stayed in. All my trips to Schaumburg will include the Wingate Inn.

This property gets 2 thumbs up from. They had a fantastic hot breakfast breakfast. Plus free high speed and wireless internet access. I will definately stay there again when I come back to Schaumburg.
