NOTHING I DONT DISLIKE IT HAS BEST BREAKFAST, ROOMS

It was very clean and the entire staff was super friendly. The food was also good. The popcorn snacks were a special treat for my child. Room service was good. My entire stay was pleasant.

I called on the 23rd of July and was surprise to find a room at a affordable rate. My call was recieved by PAM, who was very friendly and did everything to make my booking enjoyable. Upon arriving PAM was at the front desk and completed my book by suppling my key card and information about the 5:30 KICKBACK, pool and next day and INCLUDED. I went up to the room and withing five minutes of settling PAM CALLED UP, to check on us and see if the room was acceptable, I told her that business don't care about that any more, and she said"BUT WE DO!!' The room was clean with six pillows on the bed ranging from soft to firm, bed was very comfotable. At the 5:30 Kickback SHERRY AND JOHN, were very friendly to a very full and busy area full of kids and activity. I didn't care for the hotdogs and chili, but the rest of the lobby was definately enjoying all that was there, chips, salsa , hot chili, hotdogs and condiments. The next morning at the Quickstart traditional, eggs-sausage-biscuits-yogurt-and you make waffles. The staff was very helpful and kept everything clean for the next wave to arrive. The extra hour to check out was also helpful. All in all this is how it use to be back in my youth, when you stayed at a hotel it was an event not just a place to sleep. And with not extra cost involved it means Drury means the extras aren't extra.

I have stayed at many hotels, but I was truly impressed by the Drury Inn of Nashville. The food and the staff were warm and friendly and the cleaning staff was first rate I was impressed by the fact that when my husband and I returned from breakfast the room had been cleaned and the bed had been made. Wanted to stay another night, but the placed was booked and had to stay at the Country Inn across the street, and found that it did not compare to the Drury Inn. Would stay again

Our family stayed here in a suite while on our way to Gulf Shores, and again the next week on the way home. The room was very spacious and clean. The front desk staff was cheerful and helpful. Our children really enjoyed the free soda, snacks, and popcorn. Our only complaint was the pool water was really cold. Other than that, we would definitely stay at this hotel again!

found the hotel to be all that we expected. great breakfast, staff very helpful and friendly, which i feel is a rare thing these days. although the hotel is close to airport it was quiet clean and a great rate on the room. i would recomend it to my family and friends. sincerly betty sparks from ohio

After getting late, my wife noticed a problem with the toilet. First thing the next morning, a cleaning lady came with a plunger and flooded the bathroom. Later, the toilet could not flush a handfull of paper. We reported the problem with the front desk and three hours later when I checked again with the front desk, our note was still not acted on. When someone did come, another lady plunged the toilet and left the plunger for us to resolve our future problems. As we checked out, I again mentioned the problem with the front desk. I was told the toilet was being pulled the next day. Not only was I never asked to move to another room, I was still charged the full rate for my two night stay for plunging my own toilet every time it was used. Do not stay in room 423.

We stay at this hotel every time we visit Nashville. They have a GREAT breakfast and a nice happy hour with free cocktails and snacks. They also have agreat pool in doors and out. The staff is very nice. It's a great value. I recommend you get the suite if you can. The standard rooms lighting is a bit dim to me. It about 5 mins from the sirport but you don't hear a thing.

Very good location. The staff was very helpful and the hotel was clean. High class hotel in Nashville. I was impressed! Try it out!
