Had a great room and the view outside was spectacular! THe desk made us feel welcome and we talked to them everytime we left the hotel. Only thing i would suggest is booking this at SweetHotelDeals. N e t

When we arrived the place was very posh and swanky but after you arrived in to your room it was all that great, my AC was not working and that was really bad because all day I would be out visiting around Cairo and I want to rest for a bit I can't because the room was boiling and this happened every night. And whats worse is that that when I want to complain to use the phone it doesn't even work, later when I want to have a shower there are these massive bugs in the toilet. There is this very arrogant duty manager Nylar or Nylo and she is very rude and discriminating, my sister wanted to have a swim in the pool and she couldn't wear a bikini because she is Muslim so she wanted to wear a full body wet suit and they didn't let wear it because she said that people may think that she has a skin disease and wonder why she is hiding her skin. Apperenly there was poo in the pool and they had to use a fishing net to get the poo out, we had so many things to complain about and they didn't even have a official complain book.

a splendid hotel, really excellent food. huge buffets, exquisite cooking. Very friendly staff. swimming pool is very lovely, also by night. the lobby is huge and very impressive. Rooms are very spacious and very clean. There are a few shops in the hotel but non in the neighbourhood. Location: far away from Cairo center (an hour drive). No problem if you make excursions by bus. Of course you can also take a taxi. Not far away from the pyramids.
