Pechanga Resort and Casino, Temecula

Ok, I will be honest, upon arrival the girl at the Check-in could not find our reservation, even though I had my confirmation in my hand (booked through Hotels.com) Yes, I had changed the date and added one more night, but still I had the confirmation in my hand. After some time she spoke with her supervisor it was resolved. I did call Hotels.com and they called the Hotel to find out what happend. (Hotel.com was great) They said that the Pechanga girl did not look up the information correctly. Needless to say I was ok is this the begging of what is to come. The rest of the stay was perfect. The rooms are beautiful, double sinks in the Standard Deluxe. Many eating establishments from under $10 and way up. But at least you have a choice. The concierge desk, very helpful. All in all we would go again.

I have tried several times to get reservations in the RV park only to be told they have 3-night minimum. We would love to spend the weekend there and play in the casino. We go to all the other casino's (Viejas, Acorn, Santa Ysibel, La Posta, etc.) We stay in their parking lots Friday & Saturday nights and I can play in the casino's all night. They are encourage RVer but not Pechanga. Can't stay at the RV lot and not allowed to park in the parking lot.

I would like to know how your employees sterilize their hands after they go to the restrooms since there is no hot water in the restrooms. Everything you read about hygene says wash your hands with HOT WATER not cold. If there is no hot water in the restrooms, what other short cuts do you take, like in the kitchens were people can't see what is going on?

If you are into casinos, this place is awesome. The largest casino in California, it is every bit as good as Las Vegas. The hotel is fantastic and yes, the bathrooms are great.

This place is a trap. The Pechanga's are out to take your money & send you packing. The food is very overpriced. The pool is tiny. The help doesn't seem very happy. Many reports of violence & crime. I did not feel safe there. It also smells real bad of smoke.

Nice place, but when I needed a copy of my hotel reciept faxed back to me, they ignored my request twice, and on the third time, did not fax me the receipt, just a request to fax my licence over to get the receipt. I travel all the time, This is the worst post-stay experience I have ever had.

Very nice hotel. Fairly new, less than 2 or 3 years old. Several restaurants inside. Nice pool and poolside bar. Staff was very friendly and helpfull. The only negetive (from our perspective) was that the gambling casino seemed to cater more to higher end gamblers.

I love your rooms, they always meet above any expectations. They are as clean as being home and as comfortable as the Bellagio. Be back soon! Thank You

we loved it our stay was super!! we especially liked the restaurant where we got excellent steaks and service. we also enjoyed the boxing matches that evening after dinner.

I have never been to a hotel with casino before or to Las Vegas, so it was an overwhelming experience. The service and staff were excellent and friendly, the rooms spacious and luxurious, lovely decorated. The toilet was separated from the bathroom and had a beautiful painting on a wall. The food was very good, I had never seen such a huge piece of cake for dessert before! I enjoyed the drive to Pechanga and the lovely scenery with snow covered mountains in the background. A beautiful place to spend the weekend.
