Loved it!
We stayed in the smallest villa they offer and had 4 people for part of our trip in the room. It was plenty of room if you're just 2 people, a little cramped for 4 if they had stayed a whole week. Huge Bathroom (I spent hours in the jetted tub), Great little kitchenette, balcony w/ gas grill. Every item you could think of was in the kitchenette for you to cook basic stuff in the convection oven/microwave.
Everything is nicely decorated, and I have to say our bed was soooooo comfy. It was perfectly clean, the staff was very helpful. We accidentally locked ourself out of the room and latched the deadbolt (somehow) from the outside and they were so helpful. The 3 different choices of hot tubs was very nice, one outside on roof, one inside workout area, one by pool on ground level, near fire pit. We aren't into activities but they had a full schedule to offer, like free yoga classes, and ice cream socials, and a really nice activity room w/ games and huge flatscreen for football watchers.
We had nothing to complain about. Bobs Place is in walking distance and has a great happy hour, and Sunday night football specials. Good liquor store is in walking distance too. The local grocery store, City Grocery?? is very well stocked, and close by. We went to The Gas House in Edwards (one exit up) and it was WONDERFUL! We had raw oysters and they were some of the best I've every had. They had surf & turf on special, and all entrees were 30% off. I would GO BACK!!! Happy Hour there had 1/2 price margaritas that were MMMMMM Good! $2.00 and strong! GO TO THE GAS HOUSE!!!
We loved our visit of Sheraton Mountain Vista and plan to come back ASAP! (BTW, November is a little barren for activities in town, since it's between seasons but it was nice and quiet).
