Comfort Suites Danville, Danville

We were staying in Danville to attend our grandaughters' gymnastic competetion and was worried that all the rooms would be booked so they told us would could reserve the room on my visa and pay for the room in cash when we arrived so we did. When we got home I noticed that they motel had cherged my card also so now I have paid twice. I got in touch with the motel and told them the problem and told them they could look at their survallence cameras to see that we did pay in cash and the manager said to call back that she would look so we did and she said that the money would be refunded great right . Well not really I have never received the refund after a week so now I call back and get the run a round. Now I am told to call back again. I think it would be easier to stay somewhere else.

Despite the reviews, I needed to stay here. My son was graduating and his party was being held in the confrence room. I called 30 minutes before arriving and with no deposit just a name, the room was held for me. Upon checking in, the receptionist was amazing. Normal check in is 2 at other Suites however she didnt hestitate to give me the key. I did get the last room avalible which was the jacuzzi suite, I didnt get a chance to enjoy it however it was very clean and stocked well with towels. The pool was very clean, indoor and heated. They even provided towels for you in pool area. When I asked about the Theatre next store, I was given the phone number and told all about it. I really cant tell you how wonderful the breakfest was I can however tell you that after eating I fell back asleep... It must have been tasty! When I have the chance to visit Danville I will be back to the Comfort Suites. The service was wonderful, it was extremley clean, and of course the rest was just as great!

We live close to Danville and have family stay in hotels often. We previously had trouble with this hotel,really the staff,so our family stayed elsewhere for a while. We gave it another try after seeing its under new management and this time was a pleasant stay. Staff was great and room was very clean. We will start to place family here again.

It is a shame that a hotel as nice as this one could get a name and reputation that it has because the owners/staff are so money hungry they can't run a business. We stayed with a group and were treated terrible. I am surprised they didn't have a coin collector on the toilet paper rack. We had a group that reserved 25 rooms however we will never stay at this location under these owners again for any over night trip. Everything the kids done they would complain. Wouldn't supply towels or even sheets after a roll away bed was paid for. I would not refer anyone to this hotel and it is shame because of the nice location.
