The Coit House Bed & Breakfast, Sandpoint

Awesome Breakfast, Great Rooms! This was reopened in July 2011 as Sweet Magnolia B&B 208-263-2425 Best location in town with awesome rates. 1907 Victorian Manor with 5 guest rooms.

We loved our room in this nicely restored Victorian with its sleigh bed and nineteenth century paintings. We stayed warm and cozy through two cold, snowy nights. The breakfasts were delish - scrambled eggs with smoked salmon, capers and cheese, homemade granola with yogurt, a corn muffin that tasted like corn, blueberry pancakes with a blueberry compote on top and a locally made sausage - good food! The Coit House is walking distance from three or four good restaurants. We had Italian one night and Thai the next. And the Schweitzer ski resort is only ten miles away. We had a great anniversary getaway and would definitely recommend the Coit House.
