Definitely back next year!

February - snow in England, 28 degrees and sunny in Egypt. A normal day in our one week stay comprised getting up at 9.00 and a walk uphill to the restaurant for breakfast. The hotel is built on a sloping hillside so you find that you spend a lot of time in the glass funicular (sloping lift) or walking up and down steps. Breakfast food options are excellent. My 8 year old son would then go and play football on the grass pitch while my 16 year old daughter would head down to the main pool area (there are three large separate pool areas) for some intensive sunbathing. 8 year old now jumps into the cold and then the heated health club pools, popular with parents of younger children. Then off to the private beach for snorkelling off the supervised diving pontoon. Daughter now in open air restuarant for lunch. 8 year old is overheating so back inside hotel for a couple of games of pool. Early evening unoffical international kids football match takes place from 4-6 then back to the room to get ready for a 5 minute taxi ride into Sharm El Sheik for a meal, (although the hotel has 4 excellent restaurants it's nice to get out). The only slight downside to the holiday is the hassle my daughter gets from the local young men in Sharm. Nothing too unpleasant, just constant comments while walking down the streets. She always wore jeans and long sleeves (as advised by our rep). Despite this the town is very nice with good shops and restaurants. Back to the hotel in the taxi (only get the blue and white ones even though they look like they've been stock car racing). Son plays more pool, daughter listens to excellent singer in hotel bar and then goes on the internet. I have a local beer (or 2). All of the staff are very friendly and helpful. The hotel is very spacious and high quality. Room functional with usual facilities and a lovely sea view. Overall - excellent. Definitely back next year.
