We stayed here quite a few times (we have family/friends that live in the area.) I can say that the first time we went, it was great, the second time was good, and the last time was okay.
The hotel itself is beatiful, however the service isn't as great as other St. Regis hotels, such as Monarch Beach, New York, and Aspen. The last time we stayed there, a few employees made it very well known that they were unhappy. (Apparently the hotel is converting to private residences.)
I can't say I was dyeing to go back anyway.
