Fun place to stay!!!
By Delta Diva, 6/24/10
Two of my lady friends and stay here for fun and music. Yes you paid for valet parking-but well worth it. They took good care of us and were very helpful. Great location and we felt very safe. We will stay here again.

Parking is Expensive!
By Phillip, 3/31/08
If you drive be very careful here. The Parking garage (owned by the hotel but leased to an operator) is expensive and does NOT offer a daily hotel rate. if you come in and out a lot, parking charges could exceed $28 a day or more. Hotel is unsympathetic. There are better downtown hotles with more custome rfriendly parking policies.

NEVER AGAIN!!
By JAN, 3/17/08
First of all this was suppose to be a great weekend for my husband as I as it was for Valentine's Day but when we get there the place was beautiful! We checked in and they were nice and very helful. When we got to our room that's when I realized that what I thought we were getting was not as it appeared to be. I got a king suite which looked more like a regular room. The picture's online are very decieving! The bathroom was bigger than the whole room the wallpaper was coming off in spots (which I understand normal wear and tear) but for the price of 287.77 a night you would think that it would have been so much better!! My husband loved the time that we were able to spend with one another but that was all that he enjoyed! Some of the employee's were very rude and did not like the fact that you needed something. The next morning I got up made the coffee in the room and called down to ask for more cream and sugar after waiting for 30 min. and the fat our coffee was cold by then my husband went downstairs to get cream & sugar. Then 5 min. after that housekeeping brought what we needed 35 min. before that! I would never stay here again the price for what you get is horriable!!!

Love it, Love it
By A Yahoo! Contributor, 9/16/07
Go every year during Fan Fair. Have stayed there four times. The best hotel I have ever stayed in. Clean, great personnel, close to everything. Great restaurants. Wouldn't stay anywhere else when in Nashville.

Great Location
By Chris, 1/29/07
This is a wonderful hotel right in the heart of downtown Nashville. Everything is within walking distance. The Country Music Hall of Fame is just accross the parking lot, the Ryman Auditorium is just a couple of blocks away and the Gaylord Center is across the street. We parked at the hotel and didn't have to get our car back out until our departure. The rooms are great, very clean and comfortable. The staff was very friendly and we were even able to check in at 9:00 a.m.. It's a bit pricey but well worth it if you want to be right in the middle of things.

By mike c, 10/11/06
booked rooms here for 3 nights for 12 guys on a golf trip. rooms were good as advertised, breakfast bar was good[though pricey], sports bar was great, but the best part is the location. we could walk to the bars and restaurants in nashville at our leisure. service and parking was good too. concierge was very helpful in our directions to the golf courses.

Great location
By Mary, 7/25/06
Only stayed for 1 night, but it was pleasant. Beds were great! Carpet was dirty, but room was spacious. Right across from Country Music Hall of Fame. We walked for dinner and had a great time. Would go back.A little pricey, but it is tourist season.

Overrated
By Warren, 5/11/06
The basic services in this hotel leave a lot to be desired. I have now stayed here twice, after staying in numerous other places in Nashville, and this will be my last stop here. I can only assume they have a staffing problem in housekeeping, and the front desk and in general because things I would take for granted at the Loews Vanderbilt, or Union Station or even Embassy Suites just do not work well, or on time, in this hotel. Even the ethernet internet connection has been a problem, and the wireless is only available in limited parts of the hotel. I thought my first trip was perhaps just a quirk, as can happen in the best hotels, but two sub-par experiences in a row warrants a conclusion and review. Go elsewhere in Nashville.

Paris is obviously spending all the $$$$
By Lauren, 1/31/06
Lobby and lounge lovely. Liked that Starbucks was there.Staff at the front desk was lovely. Bartender in the lounge was rude. Conference rooms DIRTY. The glasses were dirty. The chairs has smears of god knows what on them. Food at breaks was bare bones to nasty. We visited a few peoples rooms staying at the host hotel.... yuck. Shabby. Glad we were staying elsewhere. Conference was large--- they should have made more of an effort.
