Western Inn & Suites, Houston

After reading the reviews on different sites, I was very leary of staying here on my recent stay...But after arriving, I was very surprised to find kind staff, clean room, and a quiet and very pleasant place to stay...Since it is the only place to stay in Houston, many people have no other choice...but this motel was very adequate for our needs.

1st i like the location is woderful. I like the rooms it was beautifull, they have big parkinglot, and they have nice service too.

The hotel is dimly lit and off the main road making it difficult to find at night. The sheets were dirty and the bed covers smelled badly.

Well the room was clean and livable, the hotel cleaning service needs help. Our room was never cleaned the whole time we were there,and the comforter on the bed was filled with stains. Otherwise it served it purpose for the two days we were there. Oh yea alot of squatters reside in the hotel. Location was good.

The jacuzzi suite was great. There were mirrors on the ceiling and on the walls. Microwave and frig were included. The bathroom was kinda small, but it was ok. The service was not that good and housekeeping do not knock before trying to come in. The hotel in located right off the higway. If you want privacy, this is not the place as all parking is on front. The room with tax and all was $96.30. But, the jacuzzi in the room made it worth it.
