Best Western Cristata Inn, Uncasville

The rooms are big and very clean, but the walls are so thin you can hear every sound from next door. I am not talking about muffled sounds. You can hear a complete conversation! We were awakened at 2 a.m. because the people next door had just gotten back from the casino and everything they did seemed very loud, even opening and closing a dresser drawer!! We will find somewhere else to stay next time we go to the area.

Stayed here while attending a show at Mohegan, everything was great! Staff was friendly and helpful, hotel is very clean, good breakfast and free limo to Mohegan. We will be back!!

This place was great! Not only was the staff friendly and eager to help, the limo service really was the icing on the cake for us. My boyfriend and I never waited more then a few minutes for a ride, and the drivers were wonderful. It was just so convienient and easy to use. The hotel room itself was perfect for us. It was very clean, and very spacious. The free wireless internet was great too. Additionally, we took advantage of the free breakfasts in the mornings, which was also exactly what we were looking for and great. All in all we could not find anything negative to say about this place and will definitley stay here anytime we come to Mohegan Sun. We actually were already talking about getting together a group of friends for next summer! Wonderful stay!!!

All in all Best Western Cristata Inn was a clean and convenient hotel to Mohegan Sun as it was right down the road from it. The bed was comfortible and the staff waqs pleasant. My biggest complaint was with the bathroom, specifically the shower. I can understand hotels wanting to conserve water, but the shower was rediculous. If you stay there, bring a wrench to remove the water restrictor!

loved the limo that brought us to and from till late night;0 Everyone was very helpful with making sure we had what we needed( a group of us went and wanted rooms next to each other.

The two rooms that we had were great. They were clean and not in a state of disrepair. The front desk was so prepared to give directions or help of any kind...they even had preprinted slips to hand out for major points of interest such as Mystic Seaport, the airport, casinos, etc. The chauffered limo to Mohegan Sun casino was always ready to take you and pick you up quickly. The hotel was also located in such a quaint and pretty area of Connecticut that it lets you leave a hectic pace behind...and just enjoy your surroundings.

they have limo service back and forth to the casino till 1:00am - cool. its really almost attached to the casino property when you take the backroads in and its just a nice place in general.

I am not one to stay in hotels but have been to this particular Best Western and it is great.. The main thing that it is clean clean clean..And the location is awesome with access to George and his limo..I am sure I will come again to Mohegan and will stay at this hotel again..Thanks

This hotel was absolutely horrible. Our flight was delayed and upon arriving to the hotel, we were given our keys and went to our floor to realize it was the smoking floor. I had specifically asked for non smoking, especially since I have asthma. Going back to complain, they said our room was no longer available (they gave it to someoen else, I bet!!!) and said it was my fault for not confirming the non-smoking!! When I tried to contact management, they were rude. The actual room was not any nicer, as the toilet wouldn't flush. For the $500 we paid for 2 nights, it was NOT WORTH IT. Oh, they had no toothpaste/tooth brushes available even though their signs say they do. The limo service was fine - if you wanted to wait in lines FOREVER. Never again.

Friendly staff and great rooms with free limo shuttle service to the Casino until 5am... what more can you ask for? Overall Great Success, I likes this place. Unbeatable Value!
