Ramada Limited Phenix City, Phenix City

To begin with when I went to check in it was after 5 p.m. on a friday afternoon (check in time starts at 3p.m.) I had to wait on my room to be cleaned. My mother ask if we could just get a room that was already cleaned and the young lady at the counter was very rude and snappy with my mother and told her she couldn't give us a new room and the lady that checked in behind us was given a new room when she complained about her room. I was also charged an extra $40 dollars because I had 4 people in my party. I was not told that there would be any additional charges when I checked in, I thought my room was paid in full before leaving my home. The hallway on the main floor was HOT!!!! I didn't have problem with any of the the other workers for the remainder of the stay. Everyone was very helpful except for the first lady we had to encounter. If I could have gotten a refund and took my business to another location I would have.

the location was great for just. very clean, staff was very nice.
