The only thing i would suggest to you guys is making sure you book it online at SweetHotelDeals. N e t I did a bunch of searching for hotel prices, and that site seems to have the lowest prices all around

I am just looking into prices and nobody is available. Not only that, but when I press "0" to get to the front desk and ask the same question they transfer me back to the same person's voicemail over and over again... assuming they answer in the first place.

First of all the front desk help was rude and very unhappy to help. They never once said sorry, even when I went down for the 3rd time for my key not working. Then when I reported that we had bugs in our room and it smelled, the said that they would have house keeping take care of it, which never happened. The first was a very sleepless night because it was so noisy that no one could sleep. They were people screaming and yelling in the hallway. Again when it was reported to the front desk the next morning they just claimed that they had a wedding party in there that night. Then the second night the bugs kept buzzing us all night! Embassy Suites you have lost the business of our office for any future trips!!!!!!

Valet parking people were fantastic. Check-in desk left a lot to be desired. They were not friendly and not helpful at all. We had 2 rooms, 6 people and half of our group got there early but were not allowed to check in without giving their own personal credit card even though our employer had called and given them all the information previously. Then when the other 3 people came to check in they told us we could not check in because the first three people already had checked into the 2 rooms that had been reserved. Finally after much discussion we were given a key (that did not work) (made 3 trips down from 7th floor to the check-in desk and again not able to get into room.) Finally a maintenance man who was very helpful and apologized that we were having so much trouble got us into our room and took care of getting us working key cards. The check-in people never apologized or even acted concerned we were having problems. We were there for a Williams Group meeting and they will also be notified of all the problems we encountered. We walked by the check-in desk many times during the 2 days were there and not once did they say good morning, have a good day or any such thing. I feel you need some training on greeting people. There were many people who were very helpful and friendly but those two that we encountered sure didn't give us a good first impression of Embassy Suites. My family and I reserved a room for 2 nights here for my sister's graduation. The reservation was apparently guaranteed, which turned out to be total bull. We arrived on time, luggage and all, and they say, "Sorry but we have been overbooked, you can stay in our conference room with a roll-away bed for free?" I would have thought they would at least call us to give a heads up that we have absolutely nowhere to sleep, but they decided to just see if we don't show up so they can charge us a no-show fee, WHEN THEY DON'T EVEN HAVE A ROOM FOR US. What type of cheap, disgusting policy is that?. So here we are, stuck in Lincoln with all our luggage and nowhere to stay, and the Embassy Suites offers no help accept a poorly worded "Sorry." If you plan to stay here, don't fall for the "Reservation Guaranteed." You'll end up sleeping in a cot bed in a hot, crowded conference room. If that's not bad enough, you have to pay EXTRA money to park in their parking garage, $1 an hour, ACROSS THE STREET. They do this because there is no other place to park in this crowded little city. The "High Speed Internet Business Center" is nowhere near high speed, nor does it allow you to even check your email without being stopped by a "Page Blocked" sign. If you want to use the internet on your own laptop, it is $10 per day. This hotel didn't even meet the standard of a little bit clean. The breakfast area was over crowded, messy, and covered in sticky syrup. I have a large family, so I politely asked assistance from a waiter if i could move two tables together, who expectedly rolled her eyes and ignored me. So much for "Incredible Staff." I know I will never stay here again.

We Love the Embassy, it is our favorite Hotel in Lincoln. Check in is a breeze, the rooms are extremely clean and comfortable, and the evening reception and morning breakfast are the best!! You get what you pay for when staying at this Hotel. We recommend it to everyone.

We love the very spacious rooms. We also love the breakfast and the social hours. The Embassy is the only place we like to stay when coming to Lincoln!!!

Service River in the Lobby Excellent food This is a place that I enjoy each time we can go there. First class and friendly service, and not too expensive. For anyone comming to Lincoln to visit this is the place to be.

The best things about the Embassy Suites in Lincoln, Nebraska is that the staff members treat you like royalty and are always extremely helpful. The rooms are excellent and the breakfast buffet is the best I've had! It's fun to go to the happy hour. The kids love getting their Roy Rogers and Shirley Temples! The atmosphere is relaxing and gorgeous and the sites of downtown Lincoln always keep you interested. I stay at the Embassy Suites in Lincoln every chance I get.
