Poor Service

When we got in town, we called to tell them we'd be checking-in early, around noon (that was still 2 hours away) and they said "OK." 90 degree weather so at 1:15 p.m. we arrived just so we could drop off our pet in the cool room. The room wasn't ready! The A/C was broken in the room we got.. Housekeeping was not done even though I personally asked for it before leaving the room. Nothing, not even the sheets were changed and we had to put the sofa-bed away ourselves! Never again!!!

Dirty and nasty

I would not recommend this hotel. The room was dirty and the sheets did not appear to have been changed. When we asked for a new room the front desk was rude and unhelpful.

First sports get-away in Denver

We just spent 4 nights at this hotel. We chose it for its location and the helpful reception we received when we called with our questions. The location was great as we took the light rail for 3 trips to the Pepsi Centre. We were within 20 minutes of the outlet shopping at Castlerock. The breakfasts were fine, the room was clean and had ample space for 4 people. The only disappointment was that the pool was being serviced so it was out of service for much of our stay. Maureen and Alexis were both very helpful at the front desk, answering many questions about shopping and road conditions. They were patient with us and always had a smile. We would definitely stay there again.

I've stayed at this hotel on multiple occasions. It's always a pleasure. If you're debating where to stay make this your decision..you will not be dissapointed.

Loved everything about this hotel!

We stayed at this hotel for 3 nights during the week. It was clean and comfortable. Very quiet. Loved the free wireless internet, delicious breakfast, even the little snack set out during the day such as cookies and fresh fruit. The pool area was clean. Spa was very hot. When we requested the temperature be adjusted they accommodated us immediately. The staff made you feel important and were very friendly. We will be looking for more Holiday Inn Express Hotels for our future travels. Very pleased!

1st choice for our stays

My family has stayed here 3 or 4 times (it previously had a different name) and we've been happy everytime. The staff has been professional and we always feel we get good value staying here. All the basic amenities- indoor pool/hot tub, basic workout equipment and good service. its always the first place we call when we're staying in denver.
