Dissappointed
The service was below average and for a Marriott hotel we expected better. The room we stayed in had silly string on the wall, the pool area was a mess and there were never enough pool towels. We had to wait 3 hours after checkin for our group to get into our rooms, no apologies were given, guests who were not with our party and were not waiting for their rooms were checked right in. When the General Manager was confronted with these issues she only offered $30 off a room that we paid $130.00. For a FFI, that price was a little steap to begin with, but to only offer $30 off was an insult. We expect better from a Marriott hotel and will not stay there ever again.
