The room was FILTHY - mirrors dirty, walls dirty, wallpaper peeling back, filthy carpet, paint peeling on the ceiling in the bathroom, toilet flushes sometimes and sometimes you have to take it apart to flush it, and it was WAYB OVERPRICED! The most horrible hotel I have ever stayed in. Marriott quality my ass!

This is as needs as it gets in Washington, PA

Likes: Location, close to shopping, sits on a hill with a nice view, good breakfast Dislikes: Dirty bathroom ("pee" stain in front of toilet), less than friendly clerks, noise in the hallways at night, lukewarm water for shower. But for the area, it's top notch.

Loved It!

Maybe it was because we stayed here after several dirty, shabby hotels but we were very impressed. The staff was wonderful. Everyone we encountered seemed to genuinely care if we were enjoying our stay. The hotel was clean, comfortable, quiet and had a feel of elegance to it. We would absolutely stay here again!

Must have been a bad day

The location is great, but I must have picked the wrong day to check in. Desk clerk seemed a little rude. She didn't say much at all...sort of just gave us our keys. Room is okay, a little dusty in spots. I paid alot for this place and I feel I didn't get what its worth. Oh yeah, don't even think about the free coffee in the lobby in the afternoon--it's cold!

We were disappointed for what we got for the price we paid. Their room rates were the most expensive but the quality of the room did not meet the price. The room was decent size, but the bathroom ceiling was peeling and the hotel did not even have wireless access in each room. The pool area is much smaller then what it seemed in the picture and the work out room was a disappointment as it had only 3 pieces of equipment. The treadmill was quite old, and the cross trainer was not working right. The breakfast in the morning was decent and the location was very close to several malls but for the price, it was a disappointment, we wished we had saved the money and stayed somewhere else.

The quality is SUITE!

Recently, my girlfriend and I was looking to spend the night at a fair priced, yet full of quality hotel. We chose Springhill suites because the appearance on the exterior and interior were wonderful.Also, being located near a Walmart made it easy access to obtain late night goodies we want easily. The location was great.After getting inside, we were greeted in a professional, yet friendly manor by all employees. We then made our way to our room. The hotel room itself had the "home" feeling which was very comfortable. That is very important in any hotel decision. There were even video games available to play. We were entertained through the night. The service once again woke us up right on time in the morning and everything went smoothly. For the price, you could not ask for more in a hotel.
