Econo Lodge Inn and Suites, Natchitoches

Nasty, Nasty, Nasty! Rude people at desk. Stayed one nite but was charged on my credit card 3 times for one room. Had trouble with that too. Never Again.

The worst. This place is disgusting. I did not want to touch anything. Plaster falling off of the ceiling, bed sheets had hair on them...yuch!!! The floor was nasty. Televsion set to high for good viewing. No desk lamp. There was an attempt to renovate the bathroom...yeah right. The plaster in the bathroom was crumbling. After putting up a new vanity in the bathroom you could still see the piping from the sink...moldy, black and gross and the toilet, let's not mention that. Won't do this again.

this hotel was the worst ever, THE PLACE DID NOT HAVE ANY CLEAN TOWELS OR SOAP IN THE BATHROOM. THEY DON'T EVEN CLEAN YOU ROOM FOR THE NEXT NIGHT THERE. THE MANAGEMENT CAN HARDLY SPEAK ENGLISH. ATTEMPTING TO TALK TO THE OWNER / MANAGEMENT IS LIKE SPEAKING TO A IDIOT. THE CHAMBER OF COMMERCE SHOULD REVOLK THIS ESTABLISHMENT. FOR EXAMPLE IN THE EARLY MORNING HOURS THERE ARE PEOPLE OUTSIDE YOUR WINDOW DOING SOME TYPE OF POSSIBLE ILLEGAL TRANSACTIONS, THAT MAKE YOU WONDER IS IT LEGAL FOR THIS TYPE OF BUSINESS OR NOT. THE POLICE SHOULD TAKE A LOOK AT THIS BUSINESS. I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE FOR BUSINESS, EVEN IF YOU ARE A STUDENT LOOKING TO SAVE SOME COINS. THE INTERNET SERVICE WAS BAD. THE MANAGEMENT EVEN GOT OFFENDED WHEN I ASKED WHERE ARE YOU FROM!!! I HOPE THIS BUSINESS GOES OUT OF BUSINESS SO SOME QUALITY BUSINESS COMES INTO THE AREA !!

We stayed here because they took small pets. What a mistake. Filthy - dropped something behind the bed and pulled out the matress to retrieve and there was that area full of trash and underware. Yuck. Pulled the spread off the bed and a lizard jumped out at us. Finally asked for 2 extra sheets to cover everything up. Bed needs to go in the trash - unsleepable. Sofa forms a vee where all the support is gone when you sit on it. Everything needs to be trashed and start over. Tried 2 different rooms because a/c didn't work in the first one. Both as bad. Don't stay here no matter what. No value for the money. I slept in most of my cloths. Toilet unseated from floor. Yuck! Yuck! Yuck!

This is by far the worst hotel for $60 I have ever been to. This place was highly recommended by family living in the area, but little do they know about the conditions. The hotel looked fairly new from the outside but once inside you can see the building was poorly built. There were people smoking on none smoking floors. The beds are low to the floor and showed signs of stains on bed spread and matress. The pool was poorly maintained. In my opinion, it was nothing better than a glorified dollar motel. You know the ones you pay by the hour.
