Fantastic staff, clean... HARD BED.

If the bed hadn't been an absolute brick, I could whole-heartedly recommend this. The staff were very friendly, the hotel and rooms were clean and nicely appointed, and it felt safe. The one downside was the sheer torture of the bed's discomfort. It hurt so bad that I left my wife on it to try to sleep on the couch/hide-a-bed (the mattress was slightly more comfortable than the bed!) and put a towel on me as a blanket to keep from freezing (there were no extra blankets in the room). Again, the staff are very friendly and the place is clean, but the bed is a total slab of concrete.
