Clean, friendly and cost effective. The pool and fitness center is great! I will stay here everytime I come through Bloomington!

Granted, this was just a stop-over on the way to MO, but the experience was bad - I would suggest another place to stay (and we did on the way back - the Quality Inn - a lot cheaper and better experience). The breakfast sucked - there was hardly anything to eat and what was out was stale - when I complained - the person at the desk just agreed with me that the breakfast was bad. The room was a bit worn and dirty (I found popcorn on the floor). I stayed because the reviews for this were decent - I guess a lot happened in the two years since a review was listed....

The place was at first hard to find as you had to go around the block, but it was well worth the price. The staff was excellent as Eve and Jamie were more than helpful over my week stay. Everything was very clean and the beds were great as I found out they were new. Breakfast was good not great as they had fresh donuts and bagels. The pool was smaller than normal but perfect for my 5 and 7 year olds. All around it was wonderful as could be. They also have room service at this great local restaurant. Definetly try it.

the hotel was clean but the hotel desk clerks were very unfriendly and they were young and playing around the front desk there names were Rachel and morgan Ive stayed there ever since it was a microtel but with the rudeness Ive gotten Ill never stay there again.And suggest that you reconsider until they get better personal at the front desk with better attitudes.The rooms were small however clean you have to streach accross the bathroom to get the toilet paper and the vent sguiled when you turned the light on in the bathroom.So overall Ill give it fair for someone looking for a nights sleep if they really had nowhere else to go.It also had a 3 foot kiddie pool instead of a swimming pool.
