Flew with Sri Lankan Business Class, what a mistake, they were useless! Apart from that it was wonderful. The staff were so friendly and helpful, lagoon villa was cleaned and tidied twice a day. Food was excellent apart from a very dodgy fish meal. Wine was inexpensive. Sevice was first rate. Plenty of sea life to watch and swim with, the baby sharks looked so much bigger when you got in the water with them! I would go back it was that good but definately not with Sri Lankan, I'd rather walk!

it' s a paradise on earth. Best hospitallity and services make Coco Palm Spa and Resort an excellent place to visit. Snorkelling was an incredible experience. It is an ideal place for honeymooners.

Our holiday was spoiled by the presence of cockroaches, not just a few but an infestation that crawled across my wife at night and came out of our clothes during the day. When the management eventually acted the smell from the chemicals forced us to be moved to another villa overnight. Also be aware that some deluxe villas do not have the idyllic beach access as described owing to seasonal tidal erosion.

This resort is not a 5 star resort, water bungalows are infested with cockroaches, resort is in need of refurbishment, we went for a special birthday for 7 days had to change room, unable to contact senior staff for hours with compliants and still had coackroaches. Coral is dead due to coral bleach. Total disappointment. Along will many other problems would not recommend this resort. We have visited Maldives in 2004 another island, found other resort 4* 100% better than this one !

Everything about this place is good. The position is ideal, the sea is crystal clear, bursting with varied sea life and like a bath. The beaches are perfect, as are the staff, villas and the food and drinks. As near to perfection as l have been, and l have been to a lot of places that boast perfection but don't really reach it. A place to truly chill out!

we went in 2003 and it was like a dream. my wife took a full bag of shoes! you simply dont need them. snorkling was the best occupation. small sharks, rays, a few turtles, all in shallow water in the house reef. went diving also with the hotel diving team and you can see the same but BIGGER. nice reef sharks and 13 manta rays. food excellent, and service is the best. we are counting the days to get back. we've been in thailand twice, three in cuba, jamaica, twice in mexico, dominican republic, cayman islands, malasya and this is simply above any of them. wouldnt trade it for none of those we've been and they were great too. the real beauty is under water! we are from portugal.

Very friendly staff and one of the most beautiful places on earth. The buffet was good quality and varied. The spa treatments add a relaxing touch to the whole experience. A perfect way to disconnect from everyday stress.

Excellent food by French chef- wine excellent too around �20 (normal for maldives). Rather an expensive resort to stay at,room nice but basic.Beach excellent - snorkling not great. Free cocktail evening 1 night. Trip to see Dolphins , we did it twice.
