The location is the biggest plus!!! Your able to walk to great local places to eat.... just need to have an open mind and walk a little farther into town to find the best mexican food! Hotel staff was right there when your drink started to get a little low or you had that i need more salsa look on your face. Hotel was very clean!! Not a day went by you didn't see some one keeping it photo perfect. The only down side would be the gym is in desperate need for a make over but other then that it was great!!

Lack heart
By Adel, 12/25/09
We arrived at the hotel with our two little ones. I don't believe we got a hello from the front desk but they took our information. After about 45 minutes wait (we are the only guests checking in) they informed us that they over booked the hotel and will send us to another hotel! We had to wait for another 15 minutes to speak to the manager. In fact the manager didn’t come to talk to us. He asked the front desk to escort me to his office! I had to leave my wife and kids and go to his office to discuss the matter. He didn't offer much! We ended up staying at there sister property Rose. The staff there was cold and and lack any heart and character. they are pre programmed with certain answers. Every thing is at a cost. coffee pack at your room cost money for example. Check out is at a ridiculous 10 am! Can you believe this? Check in is at 4pm. Time share people are swarming around. If you are a family looking for special service and relaxing time then stay away..

This place is a scam!!
By A Yahoo! Contributor, 4/11/09
Extremely mediocre- maybe 2 stars at best and very very poor service. They nickle and dime you to death and there were multiple mistakes on our bill. Really poor and apathetic customer service and they overcharge for everything. I will never, ever stay here again - much much nice places in Cabo for the same price.

Nov 2008 PuebloBonito Blanco
By Diverdave, 11/17/08
Location...Location...Location...Close to town..In the middle of whazzup. Spent a week in room 118...front and right. next to pool and about 20 yards from the beach. Say hello to Dimetrio, who will be sure to keep your drink filled on the beach...Just ignore the beach people selling stuff... pretend they don't exist and they'll leave you alone. don't go for the presentation unless you need the extra money. going offers were $250 cash or $300-400 in incentives. Town streets are currently torn up with construction...they say about 1/3 done right now. lots of detours and dust. be careful when renting a water taxi to go to lovers beach. dumb and dumber live here and they have lots of relatives. take the sunset rider cruise on thursday nights out of the marina. whales are now in town. watch out for the wild women dancing with the boat captains. blanco is better (mucho) action than the Rose. Concierge is mostly lame. Don't believe what they say and check back often. Remember this is Mexico. Blanco is the place to be. Eat at the office, just down the beach from Blanco. Last thing... have fun. What happens in Cabo stays in Cabo, unless some dumby has a camera.

Our best vacation in years.
By A Yahoo! Contributor, 4/24/08
We had an incredible time at the Los Cabos Pueblo Bonito Blanco and can't say enough good things about the activities staff, Coral, Mariel, and Juan Jose. We love to get involved in pool-side activities and they were like family to us almost immediately. We now know how to fold towels to look like a swan, turtle, or elephant. We also met other really nice people who, like us, enjoy socializing on vacation and leaving cares behind. The Pueblo Bonito Blanco itself was spotless, in a beautiful location, as nice a timeshare exchange as we have ever stayed, and we've been on many vacations. Our single bedroom suite had a view from the balcony that was spectacular and apparently all the rooms above the first floor did as well. The sun shone everyday and we absolutely loved our week there. If you are looking for a great resort on a beautiful beach, close to town, with a wonderful staff, this place will give you all of that. One thing that really enhances a vacation in Mexico is to learn at least a little Spanish before you go. The staff at the Blanco are very helpful and friendly and if you attempt to converse in Spanish they love to talk to you and help you. You don't have to be fluent, just learn basic stuff and watch how much more enjoyable your vacation will be. Paul and Anna Bernard

Overpriced - and it's not even close
By Robert Sinik, 3/24/08
The Rose, Sunset, and sister properties charge more for meals & beverages than is reasonable - $18 for a vodka / cranberry, for example. The staff seems ambivilent.

Honeymooner heaven
By A Yahoo! Contributor, 1/30/08
The staff was ever so helpful for need that we requested. The one draw back was the annoying peacocks that would like to wake us up at 5:30 in the morning. Not a nice sound after drinking tequila the night before.

Perfect
By A Yahoo! Contributor, 1/28/08
LIkes: Location, food was VERY good but spendy at the hotel. Everyroom has an awesome view except perhaps the ground floors which have garden and pool views. By 9:00 PM it is so quiet and you can here the ocean from your room and just relax. This hotel was very clean. They did repairs at night time and were so quiet. The pool menu is decent but again spendy. They have fun activites each day BUT you must be 18 to play volleyball in the pool. This was frustrating for the two 13 olds with us. The fold out sofas in the living room was VERY uncomfortable. But I have never slept on a comfortable one yet anywhere. The first few days we approached a lot about going to view the new time share for Pueblo but once they new we had no interest and were not flexible they left us alone.

Great Hotel...Great Location!
By Layla, 12/7/07
I would recommend this hotel to anyone travelling to Cabo. It has a great location, great rooms, and great staff. The location is very close to the heart of Cabo San Lucas. You can walk to the bars and restaurants in downtown Cabo and the hotel is located right on the beach.
