deceiving service..

I recommended this place to a friend who came all the way from New Zealand..at the begining the reception guy (not the Peruvian) but the Costarican , was all smiles and helpful, but once we paid for the accomodation he was almost upset to having to open the gate for us ..there's this gate at the front that requires someone to lift their butt off the reception area to open it for guests..I guess this was too much of a hassle for this person who gave us the impression he was always annoyed.
Not sure if it is worth it.
