Front Desk service left much to be desired
The bed was comfortable and the breakfast was great, but I was very dissappointed with the service given by the front desk. They were dressed very uprofessionally, ignored me to answer questions of a person that cut in front of me, and while I was checking in, were talking on the phone to friends about party plans, using obscene language. Later, when I called to check on something we accidentally left behind, the person picked up the phone and left me hanging there listening to a conversation they were having with someone in the lobby for a full minute before saying "Quality Inn and Suites, may I help you?" He was very unhelpful in offering any assistance about the left behind item, basically saying, "No one has brought it here. It's gone." The hotel was nice, but their current front desk staff need some training in basic customer service.
