Felt like celebrities
The ONLY bad thing about this hotel is the construction in front, but don't let that stop you! The rooms are absolutely beautiful. I have been there twice and both were gorgeous. The first had carpeting and the second had brand new hardwood floors, a first for me in hotels.
The ceilings are the tallest I have ever seen in a hotel, giving an even more spacious feel. Everything was clean and comfortable and the staff was friendly, even maids who happened to enter the same elevator.
They offer a free breakfast which should definitely be taken up on, as it offers all the basics and is carefully attended to by hotel employees. The mezzanine also has two computers with free internet to check your email, two pool tables, an air hockey table, and a couple other arcade games.
The location is perfect, especially if you are planning to attend the concert. We walked everywhere - to dinner, for amazing smoothies at Octane Cafe, and to the concert at the House of Blues. The parking is reasonable.
Overall, great stay and we plan to go back for any and all visits to Cleveland.
