Comfort Suites at the University, Conway

The room was just ok for being booked at the last minute, but it took 3 hours for the air conditioning to start working, the tub was rusted, and it took about a hour for the bathroom light to come on. We came in from out of town and the worse part was there was no early check in so we had to roam around until check in time. We also asked the staff for directions and they could not help so they gave us a map, they were nice about it though and very professional. They did take our complaints when we left.

I stay here frequently and would give my 100% recommendation. The staff is friendly, the rooms are clean and the price is affordable. It's in a great location to everything but away from all the heavy traffic.

Everything was great, no problems, room was nice, modern and spacious. Would definately return.

reservation had been made for us. request made for first floor due to health reasons. when we checked in we had been asigned to the third floor.rooms had been availble on first floor. on entering there was a coke bottle left on the counter. during our stay we numerous times had to fix the toilet to get it to stop running. also wanted to heat up food in the mircowave in middle of the night but mircrowave would'nt work. stopper to the tub was broken and found laying on the counter in the bathroom. went to excercise room only to find one of only two pieces of equipment broken. equipment very dirty! could have ask for other room but this was so close to the front door. looks like it was a very good place at one time but had not been kept up.
