Horrible Experience!!

We recently stayed at this hotel. They claim to have exquisite service and 100% guarantee. However, we asked for an extra pillow only to be told that "we do not have any." Later, the manager of the hotel explained that giving a guest an extra pillow is an extra service that should not be expected. In addition, the alleged breakfast buffet was next to non-existent. They gave one guest a bagel and we asked if we could have one, too. We were told that we do not have anymore bagels and that the ones that we do have are all frozen. They put a very small amount of food out on their alleged buffet and most guest lifted empty dishes that were not being filled. Very disappointed.
