Bertram Inn And Conf Ctr, Aurora

This hotel rocks and I would highly recommend it for groups large and small! We stayed there this past weekend. There were about 175 rooms taken by our group of families and friends, with the remaining rooms being used for a wedding the same weekend. The hotel was large enough for both large groups. The Bertram Hotel's super friendly staff took care of our requests/needs right away. They were very accomodating to our large crowd. The pool is beautiful and very clean. There are regular hotel rooms, hotel rooms with a separate bedroom and living room area, and even hotel rooms with a small patio that open to the pool, very cool! Our room very comfortably slept 5 people...we had a Murphy bed, a pull out couch and also a pull out chair. With the Murphy Bed, we were able to put the bed "away", fold up the couch and chair and have PLENTY of space to have friends in our room to hang out, plus we had 1 & 1/2 bathrooms too! With 3 girls, thats AWESOME!! The hotel's breakfast buffet was very good. We had dinner at the Paws restaurant as well, using coupons from Restaurant . com, which management honored even though it was such a busy weekend. (Thank you!) The rooms were very clean upon arrival, kept clean on a daily basis (quickly), and extra towels were not an issue! The banquet halls were pretty, and the food served was good! (We had munchies available at night during the dance party.) Overall, we had a fabulous stay and cannot wait to return next year! I highly recommend this hotel for your special occasion, whether that be a wedding, reunion, corporate event or other special event in your life!

It was a very nice upscale hotel! Our room was very large with very compfortable beds! Great for a romantic getaway! We have another stay planned!

It's pricey.....the rooms are very clean.. the whole place looked nice....the resteraunts are expensive also...but I loved my stay there...I felt like a wealthy person, and I'm a long way from that...

My church sponsored a women's retreat at the inn. We had wonderful room, service, food, etc. All in all it was a very good experience and the hotel staff made it even better. We are planning another event next year and maybe annually. Thanks so much for making our weekend of May 11-12, 2007 something to remember. P.s. keep the cooks they are excellent!!!!!

We really loved the hotel and the location it was wonderful!!!! The room service was exceptionally great we loved it. We thought the pool was great!!! WE LOVED EVERYTHING ABOUT YOUR HOTEL!!!!!

This Hotel is a great place with a really nice pool arcade fitness center and much more, Great food and is also really close to an amusment park, My kids loved it and my wife thought it was great.

Two of the four lights in the room did not work. Bed was one of the most uncomfortable I have ever experienced on the road. Shower had little pressure and shower head sprayed as though it was clogged.There was no handle to crank the window with. We were told that we should have called because they took them off because of a theft problem. We were awakened at 1:00 a.m. by the rowdies from the lounge. We reported the noise at the time it was going on, but the next morning the desk had no idea we even had a problem. Breakfast was included and they would give most truckstops a run for their money because the dinnerware is so much nicer. I gave them the above list and they gladly took my money $150.00 including Tax, without even an apology.
