excellent for me
This place met my needs 100% The location is easy to get to and the local area is easily accessable. The room I had was very comfortable and clean and bed was outstanding. The rates are unbeatable. I got a corporate rate ($39.00) and it exceeded all of the higher priced places I have stayed that had less comfort....(Days Inn for one) There was a table, a few chairs, a dresser, a 32 " TV with cable and a very comfortable bed. The bath room was clean and everything worked.
True, there is no restarunt, exercise room or pool but there is a guest laundry room and the folks there are very accomodating. I asked for, and got, a room with a view to the parking lot to keep an eye on my bike..I was able to park it in front of my room every night.
At one time this place was know as the Massillon Inn, an up scale hotel/motel, and has hosted many popular movie and TV stars of the late 50's and 60's. It had a first class restarunt with crystal and table clothes. That is long gone but the basic comfort is still there.
I spent 8 days there and would do it again without hesitation....The place is owned and run by folks of Indian nationality who live on the premises. At lunch time there is the smell of curry wafting in the hall ways but is soon is gone. In my opinion, it beats cigarette smoke.
If you are in the area, try it....I dont think you will not be dissappointed
