Loud Air Conditioner

We had the misfortune of being put in a room with a very loud air conditioner. Every time the compressor kicked on it was unbearably LOUD! We called the front desk and asked to be put in another room. They would not switch us to another room. I was kept up by this noise which was as loud as a generator or a lawn mower. This experience is going to make me think twice before I stay here again.
