Comfort Suites Freeport, Freeport

This hotel is awful. This was the second time we stayed here and the last. I should've learned the first time, but we were traveling with a group and opted to stay with them. The staff is rude and condescending. They messed up our reservation and tried to overcharge me above our group rate. Our room was mediocre. The only decent thing about the place was the breakfast but if you aren't up early, they tend to run out of a lot of items early and don't restock.

I loved the hospitality, the excellent breakfast, the indoor pool, and the convenience to shopping. The rooms could be updated, they are clean but nothing spectacular.

Don't stay here. Poor hopitality and nothing fancy. I would have had a better time sleeping in the car.

Our family had a really nice stay at this Comfort Suite. So nice we have come here several times. The staff was friendly,and we had a nice & spacious room. We enjoyed the pool and hot tub and the breakfast was great, especially making your own waffles.

I just can't say enough good things about this hotel. My husband and I were there 2 weeks ago. It was a Tuesday and the rain was unrelenting. By the time we pulled in to registar we were tired and cranky. I had no reservation, found a discount coupon and thought I might be given an inferior room. Not so. The gentleman at the desk informed me he had just taken freshly baked cookies out of the oven and offered some along with coffee. He then chit chatted a bit with me which helped relax my mood. Our room was lovely, spacious and the TV was large and had HBO. The next morning, after reading the paper left at our door we had breakfast which was a step above the usual fare since they served waffles. We almost hated to leave but we finally continued on our vacation but we were left with good memories of The Comfort Suites. My husband & I will seek them out on future vacations.

Hotel was fine. Relatively new and typically apointed for a Comfort Suites. Continental breakfast was good. Vert convenient location for Freeport.
